I had 4-5 phone interviews with managers related to my role. The questions were quite generic and seemed spontaneous. No specific interview framework was used as far as I could tell.

Three interviews, initial with recruiter, second with Senior Manager, third with Direct Manager. All were very professional and straight forward. Questions focused on knowledge of project management and past experience.
