The interview process felt unfair and biased. The design question was how to design an elevator control system. They did not like my approach. Despite my explanations, I was later told I did not have enough design experience, which felt inconsistent with how the discussion went. It was frustrating to have my qualifications judged in this way, especially by someone without a technical background.
