I received an email from an HR rep to set up a time for an interview. The interview took place at the Northrop location I would be working in and with the person who would be my PM. He asked me general questions about the languages and software they used frequently as well as about some other items on my resume. I did not answer every question perfectly but tried to display a broad understanding of the subjects and the PM was very understanding and accommodating.

They contacted me for an in person interview and then asked me leet code style questions. After the interview I heard back from a recruiter who set up another phone call with me

Technical questions and behavioral questions (STAR formatting) with the normal what draws you to work for us. Microsoft Teams meeting with a panel to review answers. Took roughly 1 hour and it was a very straightforward and easily made process.
