Aside from being a lengthy process, overall it was a positive one. I was first contacted via LinkedIn and was encouraged to apply for position within the company. Shortly after I was contacted by a recruiter who then set up a phone interview with the hiring manager, which went well. I was then scheduled to fly out to meet the hiring managers in Palmdale which again went well. The final process is where it did not go as well, aside from being informed one way or another regarding the position, I was contacted once after the face to face interview asking if I was still interested (I was) then from that point on, several months passed by without any further contact. I had to find out that I was not in the final pool of applicants online several months later.
