We have recently introduced a values interview to ensure alignment with our new company culture. This is separate from the technical interview which is why it's conducted by someone outside the R&D org. Yes, we use an AI notetaker in our interviews but it does not produce any prompts, live feedback or serve any other function than to take notes.
