      I applied online and heard back within a few days. The whole process moved pretty quickly—about two weeks total. First, I had a quick phone call with the recruiter just to go over my resume and why I was interested. Super chill and friendly. Next was a Zoom interview with the hiring manager. We talked about my past work, what I’d do with their current social media accounts, and just vibed on creative ideas. They were more interested in how I think than in super formal answers. Last step was a mini project where I had to create a one-week content plan for Instagram. I sent it in, and they got back to me with an offer the following week!

      it was very well organized. and was kept informed throughout the process. I was pretty pleased with it. Kept in the loop via email and calls from their recruiter throughout the process.
