Respond to typed questions with a video response. You can not go back and redo any answers. You had about 50 seconds to read the question and reflect and around 2 minutes to respond.

Walk-in interview with a manager during the summer sale period. Asked me a few questions, before following up saying I had the job. Filled out a formal application online and then I was officially hired.

one way interview with around 20-30 questions. mainly behavioural and some background on your education and past experiences. Took around 30-40 minutes and you have to prepare for each question.
