Applied online. About 2 days later got an e-mail from HR asking to request a date and time for a interview. HR called at the exact time requested. Asked 3-4 short simple questions such as: what are your experience with sales? what do you know how commission based sales? What is your avaibality? How would you approach a customer that walks onto the sales floor? After, she asked for me to come into an in person interview. The in person interview was conducted by the same girl who did the phone interview. The interview was short, fast and easy. She said she'll go over my interview and the dept manager should give me a call in the next 3 days. Got a call from the dept manager after I got home from the interview, interview with the dept manager was a little harder. Asked more sales approach question. Got a call from the dept manager offering me the job after 2 -3 days. I accepted it bc I was desperate.

So easy, I went to a job fair and was hired on the spot. They need people in the kids department, that's the easiest section to get into. They just ask about your personality and who you are.
Was inside Barton creek mall, hiring manager was prompt and clear with questions ranging from how I would handle difficult customers, to my personal experiences that could apply to the job.
