I applied online, submitted my resume, and had to take a personality test. The personality test had a series of questions that I answered either Strongly Agree, Agree, Neutral, Disagree, or Strongly Disagree. I was then contacted over the phone a week later and asked to come in for an interview. I interviewed with a recruiter in Human Resources and then was asked to come back for a second interview with the Department Manager of the department that I wanted to work in.

So easy, I went to a job fair and was hired on the spot. They need people in the kids department, that's the easiest section to get into. They just ask about your personality and who you are.
Was inside Barton creek mall, hiring manager was prompt and clear with questions ranging from how I would handle difficult customers, to my personal experiences that could apply to the job.
