Fair and straightforward process great people. They ask a couple behavior able react questions and ask you to about yourself and past and prior experiences. Also ask about why Nordstrom what drew you to them and how you expect to play on the team.

Was on time. Met with 2 people
They were very nice and informative. Told them about myself, my experience, etc. I consider myself a realist in the sense that if I taught I didnt have a chance I'd know and been ok with it; I was totally thrown off when they sent me an email, basically saying they were looking for someone who fit their needs. I consider my self a customer serve professional, who loves interacting with people. And by the way has a solid sales background with face to face and over the phone. I WAS COMPLETELY TAKEN ABACK.
