First did a phone interview which lasted about 10 min. It was just to get a feel of my customer experience. I don't have any so the questions were more geared towards people interactions in general. During the phone interview I was scheduled for an in person interview. The in person interview lasted about 40 min. I was interviewed by two managers and was given a tour of the store. The manager said they had more interviews and would get back to me in about 7 days.

Easy and quick open interviews. First job and where I learned to dress right and work hard. Still to this day use the customer service skills learned here. Moved from cashier to sales quickly.

It was a group interview with a few other candidates. We were all greeted and taken into an office room where the interview took place. One of the managers conducted the interview.

Overall pretty easy. Talked with general manager and they weren't looking for much experience. I just talked about why I wanted the job and how I was qualified. The role was open for a few weeks before I found it so I knew they were a little desperate.
