Entrevista
I met with most of the team over the course of the day, all in all 7 hours on-site. We interviewed and had lunch in a conference room. There was some white-boarding of design, not coding, which was fun. The manager put some pre-written code up on a display and asked me to describe what was wrong with it, how to fix it, and followed up by some verbal question/answers on the whys and wherefores of things like threading. There were also questions that were more behavioral in nature, "how would you handle it if someone did this" types of questions. I also met with their technical project manager I guess so they could get a feel for how I'd react to the build/deployment and requirements-gathering processes. All in all the whole interview was somewhat challenging but very interesting.

Pregunta 1
They asked me to describe a favorite project, and we went into some detail on my design decisions. I picked a project that I did many years ago, which it tougher for me to answer (I'd forgotten some of the context around the project).
