Thanks for taking the time to share your experience. At Crossover we have a multi-step application process that tries to focus on the work. We want people first to see if they are a fit for the role and if so they are given the CCAT. This test has worked well for us around the Globe and provides a good insight to how well people learn new skills. Further in the process we have job specific assessments to give a realistic preview and test the key skills. Applicants can retake the CCAT after 6 months and we encourage great candidates to do that.
