Unfortunately, we do not have the organizational size to take care of the visa process, since we get over 300+ requests (!) for this per year. We have however a number of colleagues with a visa but they obtained this before. In all of our vacancies this is mentioned ("Unfortunately, this opportunity does not provide a visa sponsorship or a work permit for non-EU citizens.") and I regret that you have missed this.
