5 rounds 1st -with hiring manager 2nd - assignment 3rd - with 2 junior designers 4th - with VP 5th - HR 1st round was easy : discussing about background, portfolio review. The assignment was easy. Was asked to design one screen. 3rd round was below average. The junior designers were not experienced to interview someone for lead position. Taking unnecessary pauses, asking some immature questions. There was no rhythm, there was no flow, there was no structure, there was lack of intent.
