I was sent a message from a recruiter via LinkedIn who was interested in talking to me. I had some experience in the UCaaS industry with a competitor to Nextiva which is why he reached out to me. After that initial call, I had two video conference interviews with the hiring managers. The questions were really basic and predictable. Both managers asked me the exact same questions, which seemed like a waste of everyone's time. The 2nd guy seemed like he wanted to be anywhere except on this interview and was picking at his nails and not making eye contact for a lot of the interview. I got off the call knowing if they did make an offer I wouldn't accept it. I contemplated emailing the recruiter to withdraw my interest but decided to hold off to see what they said. Thankfully, they didn't make an offer. It seemed like very much a bro-culture, boiler room type of job.

The recruiter was very communicative. She kept me abreast of all interview steps and its status. She also followed up when I didn't get the job, which a lot don't do. Wish all operated in this capacity.

enrededosa y un poco problematica me evaluaron lo mismo muchas veces, la entrevista suele ser mas guiada a que no entres, tambien vienen algoritmo en la entrevista. sin mas que decir

Initial screening call was scheduled for 30 minutes. The female Senior Talent Acquisition Partner was 5 minutes late to the call. She rushed me through a few vague and pointless questions and the call was over in 12 minutes. A complete unprofessional waste of my time. They should have paid me for showing up.

I went through 3 rounds of interview. I reached the final stage and was told I was a good fit for the role. Yet the next morning they sent a rejection email and when I requested for feedback I was ghosted by the whole team

Talked to the recruiter and the hiring manager and then the hiring managers boss, 2 telephone and one video. The recruiter and hiring manager were very nice and accommodating. The job is listed as remote, however, they asked me if I could do hybrid in the 2nd interview, which was okay, I can accommodate that. But then in the final asked if I could be fully in the office. Which was basically a big red flag. At the end they said it would be up the manager but they thought it would be better to be in the office. Which is fine but then at least post the job as hybrid not remote. It felt like they were just bait and switching to me. Really gave me a negative vibe. I had a feeling when I raised concern it would lose me the job but I found an actual remote job.

Application: I applied online. The process took 3 weeks. Interview Two Phone conversation with different Nextiva employees. First phone conversation was with the internal Nextiva recruiter. The second phone conversation was with two people. One from HR and one with a technical background. The Nextiva employees all were professional. Mostly straight forward questions.

I was reached out to by a recruiter at KForce. I had 4 total interviews over Amazon Chime (terrible service). The interview process was super opaque and pretty awkward. The interviewers did not seem to have any training on how to interview well.
- Standard behavioral questions and "name a time when you" questions. Made a decision with data, had to tell a stakeholder bad news.
