I heard about Nextiva hiring from a friend we worked with before. He gave an e-mail of outsource HR. It was suspicious that company trusts recruiters from outside to hire people for them. I investigated a bit and it appeared that American Company opened the office for Developers in Ukraine and currently hires Support Team as well. The VOIP field interested me and I decided to apply. HR called me to confirm and informed that he will send my resume to the company, asked to wait for a week or two. Surprisingly, I was invited to the interview the same day. I prepared well, read about all the technical terms and processes related to VOIP industry, mainly because I had no previous technical experience. For this position they have been inviting over 10-15 people each 4 weeks that's why I got the approval the same day after the interview, it was Friday and Training started on Monday. HR called 20 minutes after I left the building.
