This was an interview I had back in March 2022. It was still rather a negative experience. The process was straight forward. It was a three person panel, one of them on the phone. Only one of them did the talking. Mostly orientating me to the company and mission statement and if I would be a good fit for the company. Non of them really engaged with me about my skills. I left feeling like it was a very hollow interview. I get strong vibes that they already chose who they wanted but gave me the interview out of obligation. Very poor experience.
