Quite challenging at it involved four stages. I was firstly quizzed based on what was presented on my resume. Then I was given a software solution test in which I came up with a piece of software. Then I demonstrated ability to teach by taking a class involving the technical staff. Lastly I faced the MD where I was quizzed based on probing, personality and managerial questions.
