Phone interview with CTO leaving and another person who never introduced himself by name or title.
The feedback that i got was that MY ENGLISH ARE NOT UP TO THE LEVEL OF STANDARDS of the company. The recruiter told me this is not the first person they give this feedback to.
Highly discriminatory behaviour and very tacky rushed and pushed process.
Each CTO the last 3 years lasted for less or a year.
