Here's the timeline of my hiring process.
June 26 - I Received a text message for an interview.
July 4 - HR Interview and Essay assesment
July 15 - Phone interview with the technical lead
July 23 - Panel interview
August 8 - Manager Interview
August 14 - Director Interview(Final Interview)
August 18 - My Recruiter texted me that my Final interview went well and they will be proceeding with the offer preparation
August 22 - I received the offer via email
August 26 - My schedule for contract signing
The interviewers are all so nice and very accommodating. I really like my recruiter because she always give me tips before my interview and gives me update every now and then.
Even though the hiring process took almost two months, it was all worth it. Netsuite was able to meet my expected salary... with superb benefits.

The questions are not that difficult to answer. What's hard is to pull out incidents from your previous role that matches with the situational questions they asked. There will also be a lot of questions about your previous role and how it is related to the role you're applying for.
