NetSuite is a total mess in the hiring department! I have gotten emails and messages through LinkedIn from their recriters saying they want to talk to me and then when I replied, got nothing back. This happened twice over the course of a year. Then two different recruiters contacted me about the same job earlier this year, not knowing what the other was doing. Then one of them asked me to send a detailed email saying how much experience I had in certain areas so they could recommend me to the hiring manager, but never spoke to me in person! Then they again went silent on both roles. Then an outside recruiter contacted me about a job that was actually on hold! And, later I got an email from one of the recruiters that I think was for someone else about a role that they went dark on, saying that they liked me and thanked me for my patience. I've spoken to someone on the phone once during all of this and then never heard from them again. Very disorganized and frankly, rude.

Asked me to send an email detailing my experience with certain aspects of a job so they could send it to the hiring manager before even speaking to me themselves.
Had a preliminary screening with HR, which went fine, then an interview with the hiring manager, which was not fine.
The hiring manager seemed pleasant and engaged when we started the video call - she started off talking for a few minutes about herself and what she was trying to accomplish for the department. Then she asked her first question - and almost immediately turned off.
Literally within the first minute of my talking, you could see her disengaging. I have no idea what it was that made her disconnect - I'd barely had a chance to say anything yet, so I can't imagine it was anything I said. Maybe she just didn't like my accent or the sound of my voice?
She spent the rest of the interview not really engaging with anything I was saying, and some of the time didn't appear to be listening. For example, she asked a question about my experience with something (call it A). I talked for a few minutes about my experience with A, and also discussed my experience with B, which naturally ties into A. Her response? "Okay. And what's your experience with B?"
So I wasn't surprised when I wasn't invited back, although I was annoyed that they ghosted me and didn't have the common decency to send me an email letting me know.

Interview process long and slow, a total of 4-5 weeks, and HR became non-responsive. No follow up and no response to emails. Interviews were straight forward, however the follow up and status updates were disappointing.

Entrevista
My interview process with Netsuite was great. The recruiter I worked with was very proactive and always kept me up to date with any developments. The interview process was expeditious and they were very accommodating, scheduling wise. This experiences is definitely one of the best hiring/interview process that I have had in my career.
