NetSuite's recruitment process is very thorough. In most cases, there are 5 levels: Pen and Paper exam(Multiple choice, enumeration, simulation, essay), interview with:
1. HR(personal info, salary, expectations, etc.)
2. Team lead(coding exam, experience, working with the team)
3. Manager(getting to know, how fast can you think(he’ll throw the most uncommon and weirdest question, be sure to give him the best and most impressive answer), you’ll know the result of the interview already)
4. Director(surprise! You’ll encounter coding exam here to test if you really are qualified, situational and technical questions, getting to know you)
In my case, I took a technical exam for another role(software developer) and I got good scores but I failed the technical interview. I lost hope already but the recruiter proceeded with the original plan(Programming support specialist). All in all, I undergone 2 exams and 6 interviews, I took the first exam last January 18 and got the J.O on Feb 1. I must mention that most of the interviews/exam are scheduled 5am,6am so if you’re currently employed, you don’t have to file a leave but have to sacrifice waking up early(but I’ll tell you it’s all worth it!).
