Entrevista
I applied online and was contacted by a recruiter approximately 50 days later. The process comprised of several phases.
1) 30 mins phone interview with a recruiter
2) 30 mins phone interview with the hiring manager (overview about the company/team and questions about me)
3) An assignment comprising SQL queries and a Java coding exercise to be completed at home and submitted in approx 2 hours
4) 2 hours onsite interviews with a panel of 2 employees [Theory Questions, SQL questions, 1 coding problem]
5) 2 hours onsite interviews with a panel of 3 employees [Design problem + 2 algorithmic coding questions]
6) 1.5 hours interview with the hiring manager
The process was well planned and well executed. Everybody at the company was very nice - the recruiter, the team and the manager. Everything they mention on their "netsuitwaterloo" website seemed accurate. I would have loved to work with them but unfortunately the feeling wasn't mutual - I was notified of the rejection after the last step.

The process was fairly simple. It proceeded in 3 phases and I spoke to multiple groups of people. The questions were not difficult. I was tested in SQL and basic software development.

Entrevista
Initial HR interview, then a video conference interview with an engineer, followed by an on-site interview. In the on-site interview, there were two technical rounds followed by a hiring manager round.

The HR round was pretty straightforward. The video conference round consisted of a leetcode easy question in Java and pair programming with the engineer. The two on-site interviews were leetcode medium questions plus SQL questions. The hiring manager round was standard behavioral question.
