First, an HR personel will call you and asks several questions to see if you are fit on the job position. Then there will be a technical interview from the leads of the project (panel). This is quite difficult since all your skills will be evaluated. If you pass the technical interview, there will be another interview from the Director. Passing this interview will get you the job offer.
