The interview and hiring process was straightforward. A few weeks after applying online I received an email to set up a phone interview. The phone interview was mainly asking specifics about my resume and gauging my communication skills. Then I was schedule to go into the head quarters where I was interviewed by two people - one was the president of the company. Within two days I received an offer. It was a pretty standard hiring process, nothing seemed out of the ordinary.
