I Recently applied for this post and First Round was Online Assessment,
The Assessment was really though which I dint clear.
I don't know why the employer expect the employee to know developer level of programming even though the tester might not be using soo much of programming ,
HR never gave me the feedback of the Interview, I Had be behind him and call him "n" number of times

Entrevista
Interviewer set up interview by email. They were late for the call. Ran through my resume and said they would be sending a technical screening ASAP. Received it about 8 hours later. Screening questions beyond scope of role and my stated technical skills (including testing on a programming language not listed in the job description). Results were emailed and never heard back
