Entrevista
Nasdaq HR recruiter contacted me through LinkedIn as I my profile was a good fit for a role in a growing team. Interview process was very easy and straightforward thanks to the fantastic HR Bruce.
Interview stages were as follows:
1) phone call with HR to assess fit, review resume and expectations.
2) preliminary phone call with hiring manager with both basic technical (coding) Qs and behavioral Qs.
3) HR called back to inform that I was selected to move to the on-site interview stage. I was asked to complete a short coding project with presentation. A week's time was given, which was ample despite my day job time commitment.
3) half day on-site interview with hiring manager, peers and HR. The interview with hiring manager included the presentation and code review.
4) Final decision notice took about 2.5 weeks but only because of the Xmas and New year holidays. Again HR was kind enough in letting me know that the decision would take time ( which was expected due to the holiday season).
I really enjoyed the interview process because all the interviewers conducted the sessions like open conversations, not just to assess my ability to fill the position, but also to help me understand what the role truly involved and if I wanted to be a part of it.
All the employees are brilliant without being alpha-competitive, unlike some other big name companies. Even after joining here, I have (happily) found that all my colleagues are honestly invested in the company mission and genuinely want everyone on the team to do their best. This is definitely something that influenced my decision to accept the offer, although the job profile showed excellent growth potential and benefits were competitive as well.

Entrevista
I was first interviewed by an HR who asked basic questions based on my CV. After that I did not hear back from the HR for 2 months. I notified the HR myself that I had accepted an offer in a different organisation.
