Total 4 rounds for experience candidate: 1. Aptitude 2. Tech 1 round 3. Tech 2 round 4. HR round I was interviewed at Nagarro(Gurgaon) office for face 2 face round on 23/09/23 The worst thing of Nagarro is not just 1 but many. 1. Aptitude is mandatory for experience guy. 2. They generally do Off campus Drives like before Covid era, they are still to come out post pandemic world. 3. Waste lots of time of a candidate. They invited 100's of people at 10am on Saturday and someone was having their first round at 3pm, 5 hrs without food, full of anxiety. The HR panel was so unorganized. 4. Tech Interview Panel was short staffed, and when they get burdened, they started behaved rude to candidates.(HR personnel's was high in number than the tech interviewing persons).

The process took up to 3 weeks(depends a lot of the period, if there are holidays or not), from HR interview to technical interview to manager interview and finally to the offer, it was straightforward and I liked it.

They wanted to know me as a person, they first want to check if you would be a good fit in their team and after that they check your technical skills
Depends on the interviewer. The interviewer spoke too fast and was very rigid. I couldn't understand him. I kept pointing it out but he refused to slow down. Bad experience
