I have to gone through with the 7 rounds of interview like MCQ, Coding , IQ test, face to face discussion and remaining were telephonic. told 7th round will be director discussion but again technical round, I was thinking, interview was taken till rejection.

I gave it for 2yrs exp. It was IQ test, Written coding java (hacker rank), followed by 4 rounds. Technical interview with lead, technical interview with manager, techno-managerial round with Director and HR discussion.

I would rate my experience on following points:
1. Interview process
2. Technical difficulty level
3. Professionalism
1. Interview process was good but people who executed the process were not well trained. HR gave me a test which was not showing all the questions on the screen(1st question was already attempted). Some how i managed to edit the answer in last 5 minutes and attempted the question.
2. I was interviewed for Hybris and was asked very basic questions. I was able to answer 100% questions but still got rejected because interviewer had worked in my team in previous organization, shows clearly, a biased rejection.
3. A candidate spends whole day for the interview and it costs to company as well, so HR should be take care of little things like not handing over the expected salary form to interviewer(who is there for technical discussion only) and strictly when interviewer had same years of experience.
it is a suggestion for the company management to get feedback from candidates so that company’s reputation is not challenged by such acts of employees.

There were 3 round
1) Coding round- Basic string and array questions. All from hacker rank
2) IQ test- Simple questions, Key is accuracy and speed. 12 mins and 50 questions. Try attempting 30 correct n u r through.
3) Hybris round- Basic hybris questions. Nothing fancy, just fundamentals, items.xml,cron jobs, impex, facades, service layer, jalo layer, jalo session etc.
