The Hiring Process has the following steps:
1. TEST ROUND
Aptitude Test - Basic mathematical and aptitude based questions.
35 Questions, 45 Minutes, Section I (+3,-1) and Section II(+4,-1)
Technical Test - Immediately after the aptitude test. Consists of basic C based questions.
20 Questions, 20-30 minutes, (+2.5,-1)
2.SUBJECTIVE CODING ROUND
After selecting from the tests, a subjective coding round was conducted. It had the three questions ans one had to write the complete code with comments.
TECHNICAL INTERVIEW
Interview was completely based on the coding round. I was asked to optimize the codes. Also, a couple of DSA based questions were asked.
3.HR INTERVIEW
After selecting from the second round, an HR interview was taken. All the standard questions were asked. eg- Introduce yourself, Tell me about your family, Why do you want to join this company etc.
Finally , four students were selected.
