Took 1 month to hear back about my application and the first interview, another month to go through all 3 rounds of interviews. First two rounds with managers, last round with the Marketing Director. Interview questions are more about your interests & past roles rather than behavioral questions.

3 phone calls within the span of 1-2 weeks, very quick process which I like. However, the final decision took a while to come through and I wish there was more communication in that area. Everyone I spoke to were really smart and asked thoughtful questions about my experience.
