Interview process was straight forward and quick. First was a phone interview and second was an in-person interview with the team. Interview went great. Everyone was really nice. I felt I was a good fit, and it appears they felt the same because I got an offer. They even went above what they were originally offering for the position which I appreciated. Unfortunately after reviewing their benefits, specifically the health insurance. I could not accept the offer. I have a family so these kind of benefits matter to me its not only about the salary but the entire package and their medical insurance was definitely lacking.
