Even for manual testing roles, they ask complex coding questions, request live code writing, and interrupt with unrelated queries, making interviews unnecessarily challenging and more focused on programming than testing.
The interview was done via Teams, without video turned on. Overall, the interview was asking about my past work experience and what I had done. Straight to the point, without any tricks.
