Discussion with DevOps Leader, an HR member and another member which didn't even introduced herself and was quite during the whole process. The process was in English and the position required frequent relocation to Strassburg (around 2 weeks per month)

I was contacted by the recruiter and set my expectations of CTC & scheduled for interview which lasts for 1.5 hour and interview went well, later after interview, I was told that they were not able to offer the package that I was ask for with 50% hike, even they said they cannot give my current package. If they are not able to give my current package, why they scheduled the interview and waste my time.
