I had to go through 3 rounds of interview, each being held approx after a gap of 25-30 days. The first round was telephonic and basics of testing. The second round was also telephonic but conducted in their office premises and connected to the office at Hyderabad. The third was a managerial round where apart from technical the person also negotiated for my salary and location preference.

Since I was interviewed for service now tool, they asked lot of functional questions related to snow
