I was recruited through my campus. The overall experience was great and I am happy to be part of this company. Here I take you through the interview procedure and my experience along with it. First round was aptitude which contains 4 sections, English, Quant, Reasoning and C/C++. This round was conducted by AMCAT. Preparation from general aptitude books is sufficient to crack this. It was quite easy. The results were announced next day. The next day of results were scheduled for Interviews and GD. The elimination in GD was less. The topics were not that general and predictable but its sure you will be having knowledge on it. If not so they would brief you on that topic before the discussion starts. There were 2 rounds of interview, Technical and HR. The technical round was quite easy. All you need is confidence. I was asked about basic C and C++, also was asked about my core Subjects(Telecommunication). So be prepared to face it. The next round was HR. This round was a bit of hard to get through. My patience was tested. Be ready with your final year project idea in detail. They might give you a scenario and ask you how would you deal with it. Be confident and maintain good(if not good at least be ok)English throughout. You can be even asked some technical stuff. The Results were announced on that day itself. If you have been shortlisted they would give you Offer letter immediately. 80 students cleared apti out of which 40 were shortlisted finally. Happy to Be part of NTT Data. All the best Folks!!!
