I got the interview from a staffing agency. My agent was quite effective in engaging both the company and me. While initially I was not really convinced to apply for the position, they managed to convince me to try. Located at Suntec City, the office was easy to locate and reach. My interviewer asked a lot of conceptual and open-ended questions and the interview was quite interactive and relaxed. Again, I was still not so interested in the position offered. Then a more senior guy came in and explained more about the company, the job nature, and the prospect. He managed to spark some interests in me.
