The interview went very well in a great environment and with a lovely HR person. Unfortunately I went only in the first interview and didn't go further.
The HR person described the company as to understand where my role fits in and ask specific questions regarding the projects i have managed.

Entrevista
Very simple, standard interview, focusing on project management skills and style. I was interviewed by 2 team members at the first interview and them the Director at the second interview. All in all pretty standard.
Foi um entrevista minimamente estranha, com perguntas um tanto agressivas, onde o entrevistador usou termos como crucificar alguem com baixa performance e expor para o time, criando assim um ambiente de medo para alcançar oa objetivos traçados, pela coação.

It was easy going, friendly interview with a recruiter based in Brussels. Unfortunately since the beginning he mentioned that thinks I am overqualified because the job title was unclear that is for a junior position, hence I liked the transparency.
