I joined intelligroup as a fresher through staffing agency...it was a train and deploy program wherein we got trained in sap and finally got placed there..the initial tests like aptitude, GD and general interview was taken and shortlisted few candidates..
After training, test was conducted and offer was released..

All of the process was very easy, I already did 2 interviews when the total is 3. The first one is a group session where they present the company and you do not have to talk at all. The second is with a manager and there are no technical questions, just asking about projects, interests, etc. The third will be with a partner. Everyone involved was also very friendly.

Uma conversa tranquila sem muito detalhe, mas sobretudo uma boa conversa para perceber o que fazem e como fazem os projetos e a maneira que eu me iria integrar na sua equipa
5 interview rounds, of which two are based around case solving and the other 3 are behavioral interviews with HR and top management. The interview diffficulty is average and you should focus primarily on having a good grasp on main cinsulting frameworks to solve the case studies. On the other hand, the behavioral interviews are straightfoward and do not deviate from an average strengths/weaknesses type of question format.
