Three interviews, one with internal recruiter, the other two with hiring manager / other leaders.
The interviews themselves were fine - engaged and friendly interviewers, asked fair questions and responded well. My issue was with the comms associated with the process...
Scheduled interviews were moved last minute, there was no follow up unless I instigated it, emails were ignored, and I didn't hear the result of the final interview until 2.5 weeks, in a TEMPLATED email, with no specific feedback. I feel if you get to round 3 you deserve more than that due to the work that you've put into the process.
Slight saltiness due to not getting the role, but objectively the communication as a whole was impersonal and disappointing.
