There were two rounds. One short interview on Teams and a single in person interview. The call on Teams lasted less than 15 minutes and was just asking general questions about my work background and basic knowledge about networking. The in-person interview was also very short with very few questions on their side. Including time for me to ask some questions of the interviewer I was there less than 20 minutes.
I feel that this is a scenario where it is a bit of a niche software where most applicants aren't going to have much specific expertise. I think they were looking for someone that had some meaningful experience supporting end users with software and had enough knowledge about general networking to help troubleshoot connectivity issues. I would definitely suggest reviewing their website carefully and coming in with a bunch of questions because they none of them seem to ask about much beyond what was on my resume.
