First interview with recruiter, very nice, very helpfull.
Second interview with Senior developer, asking theorical questions.. what is stack and heap memory, ref , params, in FULL detail.. asking about SQL Index, and how the index is internally, the construction..
honestly? you really need this info to be a good developer? i don't think so.. if you are in academic area OK.. if you are developing, you can research if you need...
In my opinion tests can be more practical then theorical questions,, real scenarios..
if you know everything they asked and don't know a single line of coding you will pass on the test..

Their recruiters are horrible people.
I was interviewed for Poland (Wroclaw) for their client Credit Suisse(CS) on NATEK's payroll.
1st round:- Skype interview with internal Developer of Natek. It went well.
2nd Round:- Another Telephonic interview with someone from the Client side (CS).
3rd Round:- An assignment was given to build and share the code. A complete business requirements from which they wanted to check code practice,design pattern and other aspects of software development.
4th Round:- Again 2 senior people from CS called and interviewed completely on technical aspects.
It went well and I heared the same feedback from HR (NATEK).
He said Final VP round will happen in a week and then further processing of offer/visa will happen.
Time has approached somewhere to March 2018 and the day I had the interview, recruiter said it is postponed.
Upon chasing for another 3-4 days, he said the requirement of client has changed to they are no longer going to consider me.
The new requirement is for a web developer. I said my initial expertise are in Web Only and then A never responding attitude.
Advise to appliers:-
They really do not care for your time and efforts. this 3+ month long process went no where.
They can be IT industry for 14+ years but still they need to learn how to be more professional and responsible.
They highlight they offer relocation to international people which can be lucrative for one who wanted to relocate to Poland(Europe) but just think how will they treat you once you will be on their payroll if they can't value one before.
