N26 approached me in a very respectful way and after the first introduction with HR I could raise all my questions with my potential manager. They encouraged me to ask critical questions and were completely open and honest with regards to the challenges N26 is currently facing in connection with the position. After the first two interviews I had additional 4 interviews with various stakeholder important for this role. HR could also manage a get together with the CRO which I perceived as really valuable and open. I also got the opportunity to meet up in person with some stakeholders and through the entire process I never felt pushed to made a decision and they remained very respectful. I have never experienced such a valuable and open recruiting process even though I didn't accept the offer. I want to thank all the involved person and hopefully our path will cross at the right time again.
