Entrevista
The process had 3 steps: recruiter interview (mostly for screening purposes), team interview with two people currently on the team (the most "technical one" to dive into my experience) and a final hiring manager interview with the area director (mostly cultural fit and complement the team one in terms of previous experience).

Most of the questions were aimed towards my experience such as learning about past projects, how I managed complex real-life scenarios found in TA and to determine how much focus I place in candidate experience throughout the process.
