Step 1: 30min HR interview (Skype) Step 2: In-person technical interview (1st) Step 3: In-person technical interview (2nd) Step 4: In-person interview with CTO Step 5: In-person interview with CEO Steps 3 and 4 were conducted on the same day. There were also many phone calls and emails in between the different steps. The interview process took longer than "usual" but for valid reasons. The people are very friendly and genuine. I would very much recommend this company to web / backend developers. They have a great office, very little bureaucracy and a modern technology stack.
