Interview was very transparent about the job. 45-50 hours a week, every other Saturday for $60k. They are growing but that is $23/hour for a management position. Good starting position for someone who wants to run a business.

There was no interview, MyEyeDr. is an acquisition company that buys up succesful eyecare practices. At no point did they conduct any interviews of the managers, or feedback until the 90 day review. So much misinformation and poor training, that they basically set you up to fail.
