Worst interview process till I faced, there was no management.They could not manage 30 to 40 candidates. Interviewer was asking silly questions/ fresher level. had 2 technical interviews both were easy. 2nd round interviewer was asking fresher level questions.It was 3.30 pm for 2nd interview. Interviewer directly told me that HR will get back to you on Monday if you get selected. Later on they were rejecting candidates directly from 1st round itself, even they gave all the answers.Now consultancy he was so unprofessional. Waste of time. If you cant manage do not schedule drives.
