The interview process immediately gave me the impression that every employee at this company matters to the owners just as much as anyone else. Both principals of the company were present, and they each took the time to explain how they fully invest the time and resources to help their EITs grow from the ground up. It was made clear, however, that this investment is expected to be met with equal or greater effort and dedication from the EIT to pursue excellence in engineering practice. After hearing this approach to building up their firm’s workforce, I was excited to show how and why I could be a member of this growing team.
