The process was going like this: 1) Speaking with the Head of People and getting introduced to each other and the company 2) Doing the coding assignment. The app itself is pretty simple (two screens) but properly structuring and polishing it may be challenging. 3) Tech interview. Mostly it is presenting the solution you have provided to the coding assignment but be prepared to answer extra questions if you have mentioned buzzwords in your CV. 4) Talk with the CTO about the technologies used in the project (a smooth continuation of the tech interview). 5) Talk with the CEO and the Head of People about the business side of the company. 6) (If you like each other) Getting an offer. I liked the whole process. The folks are really cool and professional yet humble and nice, talking to them was a pleasant experience.
